Re8 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the re8 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing the re8 website or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and re8 ("Platform"). The Platform reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on this page, and continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the re8 platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation and User Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the re8 platform. Registering with false information, impersonating another individual, or creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact the re8 support team immediately.

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
All re8 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out herein. Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, manipulate game outcomes, use automated software (bots), or engage in financial fraud is strictly prohibited.
Users are not permitted to use the re8 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or for money laundering purposes. re8 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

- Attempts to hack or disrupt the system
- Sharing an account with another party
- Money laundering or other illegal activities
- Manipulation of game outcomes
- Abuse of promotions or bonuses
- Threatening or harassing other users
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the re8 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Deposits are processed through approved payment channels, including Malaysian online banking and local digital wallets. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account verified by the user. re8 is not liable for delays resulting from third-party verification processes or bank technical failures.
Re8 reserves the right to hold or review any transaction suspected of involving fraud until the investigation is concluded. Any deposit made through unauthorised means will be voided and refunded.

Liability Limitations and Account Policies
Re8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. re8's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Our platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the platform.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Re8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- User is found to have violated any term in this document
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
- User found to be under 18 years of age
- Requests from relevant authorities
Valid account balances will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded, except in cases of confirmed fraud.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the re8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of re8 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
The re8 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. re8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Re8 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to operational needs or regulatory changes. Users will be notified via an on-platform notice or registered email whenever material changes are made.
Continued use of the re8 platform after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
